Phenotype annotations are curated single mutant phenotypes that require an observable, a qualifier, a mutant type, strain background, and a reference, and are classified as classical genetics or high-throughput.
Use the column headers to sort (including the numeric Conc. column to sort by dose), the facet dropdowns above the table to filter by Gene, Phenotype, Experiment Type or Strain, and the "Filter table" box for free-text search. Click the small "i" buttons within a cell to view further details.

Enriched GO biological process terms among the genes that have a phenotype annotation with this chemical, with the number of matching genes and a p-value.
Increase the total number of rows displayed on this page using the pull-down located below the table, or use the page scroll at the table's top right to browse through the table's pages; use the arrows to the right of a column header to sort by that column; filter the table using the "Filter" box at the top of the table; download this table as a .txt file using the Download button; after filtering the above table, the option to ”Recalculate With New Filter” will appear next to the Download button in this Shared GO Processes table.

GO Annotations consist of a gene product, a term from one of the three Gene Ontology vocabularies, a reference, and an evidence code.

Chemicals (purple) that share at least one phenotype (blue) with this chemical (black). Use the radio buttons to switch between shared phenotypes (the default), shared GO terms (green, when available), and All. Click a chemical to open its page, or switch to Table for the full list of shared phenotypes and GO terms.
